ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed, as transit times may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order details. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
ORDER QUANTITY
Orders are shipped in the exact quantity purchased. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All shipments include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time, please contact our support team.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
