BILLING TERMS

All purchases made are one-time transactions unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. No recurring charges or subscriptions will be applied without your express consent. If a subscription option is offered, the billing frequency, amount, and cancellation terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

PAYMENT & CREDIT CARD DESCRIPTOR

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount. The charge may appear as “eclatbeautylab.com” on your billing statement.

DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

All shipments include tracking information sent via email once dispatched.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are granted in cases of fraud or unauthorized transactions. Other refund requests are reviewed at our discretion.

  • One refund per product unless defective

  • Repeated refund requests may be declined

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank

Accurate customer information is required to process refunds.

RETURN POLICY

To initiate a return, contact customer support to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  • Returns must be sent within 30 days of receipt

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Opened products: Eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days

SHIPPING TERMS

Orders are shipped in the quantity purchased. Deliveries occur within standard processing times and are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Eclat Apparel LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or products.

Total liability is limited to the lesser of $500 or the amount paid in the previous month.
